The New Leitz ImpressBIND 280 replaces the Leitz ChannelBIND system,
taking binding machines to the next generation in style and performance.
Faster and easier to use than traditional comb, slide, thermo, wire, and
spiral binding systems, it requires only two processes to produce a
strongly bound document, where the pages never come loose.
It’s very simple to use – choose your cover guide with the easy to use
guide, insert your document into the chosen cover, place the cover into
the machine and press down the handle twice. A green light will indicate
when the book is perfectly bound. No pre-adjustment is required because
the machine detects the size of cover you are using. A separate
de-binder unit is available to extract or insert extra pages.
There are three styles of cover to choose from and all the covers have
been re-designed with a new metal channel, making them easier to insert
in the binder and the final result more rigid. The A4 hard covers have a
premium durable matt linen finish in a variety of colours. Transparent
A4 soft covers have a spine and back cover in a linen finish and are
ideal for customised presentations and designs. Brand new contemporary
but durable A4 polyfoam covers in black with a smoked grey inside bring
a trendy look to presentations. They are available in two finishes –
presentation style (to insert your own design front cover, or an
embossed ‘rolling wave’ design, which matches the Leitz Vivanto files
and folders.
The Leitz ImpressBIND comes with a 3 year guarantee.
