latest innovation – Leitz presents the first hole punch that can be used
effortlessly from a sitting position, even with large amounts of paper!
The patented hand held grip feature integrates discreetly into the
modern design and allows the user to push and pull in one go giving 35%
more power. The user gets immediate results with sharper, cleaner
punching – a hole punch has never been so easy to use! The new,
easy-to-read guide bar is another improvement, helping the user achieve
perfect results with little effort.
“While developing the Nexxt Series, we carried out extensive market
research, specifically analysing all of the demands that consumers place
on hole punches and staplers”, explains Ard-Jen Spijkervet, Vice
President of Marketing at Esselte Leitz. “This revealed that 90 percent
of users have large amounts of paper on their desks that need to be
punched. As they struggle to achieve this whilst sitting down, almost
three quarters of users have to stand to punch a pile of over 20
sheets.” All this is now a thing of the past. The next generation of
hole punches from Leitz makes office work more efficient.
A revolution in staplers
With its new product, the Nexxt Series stapler, Leitz has transformed
the stapling experience. The results are flawless and hassle free
stapling. The improvements are the result of Direct Im-pact Technology
(DIT). Even when hand held, this technology ensures pressure is directed
correctly on to the stapler and parts do not move which ensures staples
never jam. Staples are driven into the paper without slipping and small
teeth hold the paper in place throughout the entire process. The Leitz
Nexxt Series stapler sets an end to the main frustrations surrounding
the stapling ex-perience.
The Nexxt Series is specifically design to meet the demands of the user.
“Almost 70 percent of end-users do not use a stapler on their desk, but
prefer to pick it up in their hand. This can produce inaccurate results,
particularly when stapling several sheets at the same time, as the
magazine can slip”, comments Spijkervet. This is not the case with the
Nexxt Series. “We have adapted the whole technology of stapling to fit
in with this habit. Thanks to DIT, every-one can hold the stapler in
their hand and get perfect results.”
Design reveals new paths
The ergonomic design of the Nexxt Series stands out for its visual
appeal and sets new standards beyond anything that has been seen before.
The range is not only available in standard Leitz colours, red, blue,
grey and black, but also in “WOW colours”, which includes pearl white
and metallic shades of pink, blue, green and orange. The products are
made of high quality steel and have a futuristic shiny metallic finish.
